Fabiola Garcia Waak
Lawyer, Universidad del Desarrollo, Master’s degree in Construction Management from the School of Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has over 20 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, mining, and real estate sectors, specializing in corporate governance, contractual risk management, and strategic dispute resolution.
Founding partner of WAAK Abogados, a firm focused on contract management, dispute prevention and early resolution, arbitration, and corporate advisory services for highly complex projects.
With a long career, she combines in-house experience (15 years at EMIN Ingeniería y Construcción S.A.), external consulting, and active participation in professional associations, supporting companies and executive teams in:

She taught the course “Contractual and Non-Contractual Civil Responsibility” with professor and lawyer Hugo Rosende Álvarez (R.I.P.) at the Universidad del Desarrollo (2005–2006).
