Her active participation in various professional associations has given her a comprehensive view of the consulting projects in which she participates. She is currently a National Advisor to the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CCHC), Advisor to C-MEDYAR Araucanía, Past-President of the General Contractors Committee, and President of the CCHC Principal-Contractor Group. In addition, she leads working groups with clients and contractors in the mining sector, focusing on productivity, sustainability, and collaboration. She has been vice president of the Chilean Society of Construction Law.

She specializes in construction and mining, mainly in contract management for highly complex projects and expert panels, as well as advising on negotiations, arbitration and litigation, corporate, civil, commercial, and mining law matters.

With more than 20 years of technical, contractual, and legal experience, she participates as an expert in contractual risk management, early involvement, and the administration of traditional and collaborative contracts.

She has been a member of the faculty for graduate programs in construction law, mainly at the University of Chile and the Austral University of Buenos Aires. She participates as a panelist in important national and international conferences. She has been an assistant professor of Contractual and Extracontractual Civil Responsibility, under Professor and Lawyer Hugo Rosende Álvarez (R.I.P.), at the Universidad del Desarrollo (2005-2006).

For 15 years, she worked as an in-house lawyer, in charge of the contractual and legal area at EMIN Ingeniería y Construcción S.A.
