WAAK is a firm composed of lawyers and engineers with more than 20 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors.

​Founded by Fabiola García Waak, a Lawyer, Arbitrator, and Advisor CAM Santiago, with a master's degree in Construction Management from the Faculty of Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, who, together with a team of senior professionals specializing in contract management, dispute resolution, and legal advice in these areas, provides personalized service with a high level of technical, contractual, and legal expertise to handle matters of varying nature and complexity.

​Within their areas of practice, they provide ongoing advice to companies and projects, performing contract management during all stages of the project in order to prevent disputes, properly manage risks, and manage the contracting of services, subcontracts, and supplies.
