WAAK is a law firm composed of highly experienced lawyers and engineers specialized in construction, infrastructure and mining. Founded and directed by Fabiola García Waak, lawyer, Master in Construction Management from the Faculty of Engineering, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, who together with the multidisciplinary team, has specialized in preventive contractual management and dispute resolution, in matters of diverse nature and complexity.
