This combination of experience and expertise enables the firm to provide clients with personalized, comprehensive and strategic advice.The firm was founded and is led by its Partner and Director, Fabiola García Waak, a lawyer, arbitrator and Council Member of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), and holder of a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has more than 20 years of experience in legal and technical matters, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects, contract management and dispute resolution.
