The firm was founded and is led by Fabiola García Waak, an lawyer, arbitrator, and advisor to the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), who holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has over 20 years of experience in the legal and technical aspects of construction projects. Under her leadership, WAAK is composed of lawyers specializing in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, as well as consulting engineers, forming a team with extensive experience in highly complex projects, corporate advisory services, and matters of a diverse nature, allowing them to attend to their clients in a personalized, integral, and strategic manner.

In the contractual field, WAAK advises companies and projects throughout all stages, with the aim of preventing disputes, effectively managing risks, and structuring contracts, including services, subcontracts, and supply agreements.
