WAAK is a firm composed of lawyers and engineers with more than 20 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors.

Founded by Fabiola García Waak, a Lawyer, Arbitrator, and Advisor CAM Santiago, with a master's degree in Construction Management from the Faculty of Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, who, together with a team of senior professionals specializing in contract management, dispute resolution, and legal advice in these areas, provides personalized service with a high level of technical, contractual, and legal expertise to handle matters of varying nature and complexity.
