According to our experience in civil and commercial matters, and especially in the field of construction, infrastructure and mining, we have specialized in the resolution of conflicts, in which we consider civil and commercial mediation as one of the most important non-adversarial mechanisms to carry out processes with adequate dialogue, transparent, confidential, balanced and with the confidence required by the parties.

DISPUTE BOARD | EXPERT PANELS

We have the necessary experience and training to set up expert panels to accompany projects during their execution or to resolve specific disputes, proposing professionals with extensive experience. In addition, our professionals have the appropriate experience to be appointed as members of dispute resolution boards, given their knowledge of ADR or DRB, which allows us to advise on medium and large projects in which this mechanism is applied, with the aim of preventing conflicts or resolving them in a timely manner.
